Function

AESS (Gear Tooth type) senses the position and speed of the crankshaft and camshaft, and provides this data to the Engine ECU as an input signal. From these input signals, the Engine ECU calculates and outputs various control output signals (Injection/Ignition Timing), and provides the Engine synchronization and Timing functions.

  • Hall Effect based Analog and Digital signal management applied Sensor.
  • TPOS (True Power on State Function): At the moment when the Sensor is powered on, the Sensor starts to output the Tooth/Valley status of the Gear Tooth.
  • Sensor is mounted inside of the Engine, and maintains the stabilized electrical character at high temperature levels. (for Automobile application)
  • Output Character: Open Collector, Rectangular Wave.
  • Reverse Peak Suppressor function installed.
  • EMI, ESD protection function installed.

Function

Function

AESS (Optical type) is mounted to the distributor of the vehicle, senses the position and speed of crankshaft and camshaft, then provides this data to the Engine ECU as an input signal. Two pairs of LED's and photodiode's are used for sensing. From these input signals, the Engine ECU calculates and outputs various control output signals (Injection/Ignition Timing) and Engine synchronization and Timing functions.

  • Slot status between two pairs of the LED and the photodiode provides the output signal.

The DG-7 Sensor senses the position and speed of the crankshaft in the Engine System and provides an electric output signal.

Function

DThe DG-6 Sensor senses the position and speed of the crankshaft in the Engine System and provides the electrical output signal. There are bending types and Straight types available.
