Function

ATSS is mounted to the driven Gear in the Automobile Transmission to measure the Vehicle Speed, and send the Speed Data to the Cluster Instrument, Door Lock, and ECU.

This Sensor measures the change of the magnetic field in the Hall element due to the Driven Gear's rotation, and generates the square wave in Electric Circuit.

Function

ATSS with Driven Gear which is also known as the Driven Gear integrated Type Vehicle Speed Sensor is an assembled Sensor which consists of a Sensing Component and Driving Component. This Sensor is mounted to the Transmission of the Vehicle to sense the Vehicle Speed and converts it into electric signal, sending it to the Cluster instrument, Door Lock and ECU.
